Sleep
Sleep would steal me for its own,
eschewing day’s reality,
bearing me through wondrous dark,
infinite in possibility.
eschewing day’s reality,
bearing me through wondrous dark,
infinite in possibility.

Create
Since my early childhood I have always consider art and craft as magic, the magic of using your whole being for creating beauty that will change the world.

Retreat
The world around me
continues in its wonder:
full and rich with
every blessing,
every lesson,
I could ever need.
But for this time
I retreat.
I embrace the silence,
the universe contained
within the rising of a breath.
My life is small today.
It is my sanctuary,
my temple.
Everything within it
speaks to me of love,
and I am safe
to dream,
to breathe,
to slowly grow,
until the time comes
when I shall re-emerge.
The world is forgiving;
lovingly it waits,
patiently ready to
re-embrace my joy –
when I return.
continues in its wonder:
full and rich with
every blessing,
every lesson,
I could ever need.
But for this time
I retreat.
I embrace the silence,
the universe contained
within the rising of a breath.
My life is small today.
It is my sanctuary,
my temple.
Everything within it

to breathe,
to slowly grow,
until the time comes

The world is forgiving;
lovingly it waits,
patiently ready to
re-embrace my joy –
when I return.

New
This sun I welcome
can never fulfil yesterday's lost promise,
nor tomorrow's hope.
Endlessly it returns,
yet always with a different now.
Each wave will fall, never to rise again.
In every moment
I am
newly
made
can never fulfil yesterday's lost promise,
nor tomorrow's hope.
Endlessly it returns,
yet always with a different now.
Each wave will fall, never to rise again.
In every moment
I am
newly
made

Innermost
What is "the Conversation?" It is what found me. It is the marriage between the moving word and the waiting silence. It is waking into the silent emptiness before dawn, and feeling a question form within you that only Reason can answer. It is listening for the soft sounds of the woods, and the murmur of the spirit over the waters. It is forever the first morning, again and again.

Waking
What to Remember When Waking
What you can plan is too small for you to live.
What you can live wholeheartedly will make plans
enough
for the vitality hidden in your sleep.
To be human is to become visible
while carrying what is hidden as a gift to others.
To remember the other world in this world
is to live in your true inheritance.
You are not a troubled guest on this earth,
you are not an accident amidst other accidents
you were invited from another and greater night
than the one from which you have just emerged.

Lost
And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh.

Rapture
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more,
From these our interviews, in which I steal
From all I may be, or have been before,
To mingle with the Universe, and feel
What I can ne'er express, yet cannot all conceal.

Deliberate
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms.
Henry David Thoreau

Dawn wind whispers
the song of the Aurora
birds graciously sing.

Prayer
First bird calls to the promise of morning.
You are there.
The wind carries his message
and you rejoice.
All wisdom past,
all love to come,
meet in this moment.
As ancient stone calls to newest bud
we are one song, one breath.
All time sacred,
a living prayer;
we meet at the place of
knowing and of trust.
All that is seen and
all that is hidden
here join at the
meeting of worlds.
We sing your name in reverence,
Nemetona.

It was never my plan to include standard text or videos here, but I am so thrilled with the work of my beloved friend and siStar, Olga Denton, that I had to share this. She has taken basic words and melody and created magick.

Namaste
My soul honours your soul. I honour the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honour the light, love, truth, beauty and peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one.

Night
While the moon her watch is keeping
All through the night
While the weary world is sleeping
All through the night
O'er thy spirit gently stealing
Visions of delight revealing
Breathes a pure and holy feeling
All through the night
All through the night
While the weary world is sleeping
All through the night
O'er thy spirit gently stealing
Visions of delight revealing
Breathes a pure and holy feeling
All through the night
